Disposal of Municipal Water Treatment Plant Catalyst Sand and Lime Sludge 2025

The City of Hollywood’s Water Treatment Plant located at 3441 Hollywood Blvd., Hollywood, Florida, utilizes in its softening treatment process a spiractor that consists of catalyst/sand blend and lime, thus producing a by-product, of spent catalyst sand and lime sludge that must be disposed of.

The City of Hollywood is actively seeking bids from qualified bidders, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor for the loading, transporting , and disposal of municipal water treatment plant lime sludge and catalyst sand in full accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions in this Bid.
