Description View Changes
Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required.
Note that any figures used for a cost benefit analysis (CBA) must be based on the results of the RESPONSES to this ADVERTISEMENT and additional market research (e.g., costar database searches, gsa listing files, etc.).
Consideration of “non-productive agency downtime” in a CBA should be rare.
The U.S. Government is seeking a minimum of 3000 ABOA SF, not to exceed 5500 ABOA SF, of warehouse space in Presidio, TX. Other minimum requriements for the space include:

Facility located within Presidio city limits for lease or rent.

Delineated Area for this procurement is further defined by the boundaries described below:

Northern Boundary: Starting at the intersection of HWY 67, Utopia Road to Market Road 170, cross over Erma Ave, head east to Apple St and Frank Jr. Continue to head southeast on Bagley Ave and O Reilly Street.

Eastern Boundary: From intersection of Bagley Ave and O Reilly Street, travelling southwest onto O Reilly Street to HWY 67.

Southern Boundary: From the intersection of O Reilly Street and HWY 67 straight on Puerto Rico Street unto North Fourth Ave. Continue to Utopia Road and Farmers to Market Road 170

Western Boundary: From O Reilly Street West, cross over HWY 67 West straight to Puerto Rico St and unto North Fourth Ave to Utopia Road. Continue unto Farmers Market 170 southeast to Apple Street unto Frank Spencer Jr. Ave South to Bagley Ave South to O Reilly Ave. Continue straight on O Reilly Ave Southwest to HWY 67.
