Synopsis:
|
|
The existing roof was installed in about 2005 as an adhered SBS membrane roof over EPS insulation. There has been movement in the system and the SBS membrane is wrinkled and has pulled away from the parapet. The intent is to remove the existing SBS membrane down to the EPS insulation, fill voids at the joints in the EPS with mineral wool insulation and install 1" poly-iso insulation and an SBS roof system - mechanically fastened. The roof area is approximately 6,955sf (646sm). A site walk-through for interested contractors has been scheduled for Thursday April 2, 2026 at 1:00pm. All interested parties to meet outside the front doors of the school.
