Tenders will be opened at the R.M. of Heart’s Hill No.352 Office (405 Grand Ave., Luseland, SK) at the hour of 4:00 P.M, SK time, Thursday, April 9, 2026. The tender will be awarded to the winning contractor on or before Thursday, April 30, 2026.
Each Tender must be on the forms provided and be accompanied by a certified cheque or alternatively, a bid bond in the amount of not less than “5% of the Tender amount”.
The Rural Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all Tenders and will not necessarily accept the lowest Tender.
