• Scope of Work: Construction of the Cupertino Union School District (CUSD) Walk-In Cooler and Freezer Project for the following middle schools as indicated in Contract documents: Hyde Middle School (Walk-in Cooler), 19325 Bollinger Rd., Cupertino, CA 95014, Miller Middle School (Walk-in Cooler), 6151 Rainbow Dr. San Jose, Ca 95129..
• Mandatory Bid Walk: A mandatory prebid conference and site visit will be held on May 21, 2025, beginning at 10:45 a.m. at Miller Middle School, 6151 Rainbow Dr., San Jose. From there the prebid site visit will proceed to Hyde Middle School, 19325 Bollinger Rd., Cupertino.
• Contractor License required: Contractor License required: B General Contractor & C-38 (Refrigeration), C-38 can be subcontractor to B General Contractor
• Prequalification required: If you are not currently approved on Quality Bidders for Cupertino Union School District, please go here to submit application.
• Engineer's Estimate: $474,306.00
• Bid Opening Date and Time: June 20, 2025 @ 2:30 p.m.
