Notice of Intent to Solicit From a Single Source - Syndetix

Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Office of Acquisitions (OAQ) on behalf of Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price purchase order on or before September 16, 2026, to Syndetix, located at 92820 N Teleshor Blvd, Las Cruces NM 88011-8230,using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.5 procedures. OAQ intends to award this sole source purchase to Syndetix devices, as there are no resellers or distributors for the required product(s), nor are there other supplies or services able to satisfy HSI requirements.

This requirement is determined to be Law Enforcement Sensitive; therefore, once awarded, only a redacted Sole Source Justification will be posted in accordance with FAR 13.501(a)(i)(iii).
