Onsite attendance is MANDATORY for all potential Offerors. The purpose of this inspection is for the visual evaluation of the required bid ask and familiarization with the facilities prior to submitting a bid.  All potential bidders are encouraged to attend. No other site visits will be allowed or authorized .
