81626Y0805-Media Buyer for Bus Shelters

Pursuant to Section 3-05 of the New York City Procurement Policy Board Rules, the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DOHMH) intends to enter into negotiations for a five-year agreement with JCDECAUX STREET FURNITURE NEW YORK LLC to install bus stop shelters stations, newsstands, and automatic public toilets throughout NYC and display advertising materials therein.

DOHMH has determined that JCDECAUX STREET FURNITURE NEW YORK LLC is the sole provider for the required services, as they are the only entity granted a franchise agreement with NYC Department of Transportation to install the above-mentioned structures and to manage the sale of advertising space on them.

Any firm that believes it can legally provide the required services is invited to submit an Expression of Interest directly to this RFI- EPIN 81626Y0805 no later than 3/27/2026.
