2 new SUV vehicles

The U.S. Embassy in Montevideo, General Services Office (GSO) Contracting and Procurement, seeks a company; qualified, reliable, responsible and responsive with sufficient resources and work experience to provide a quotation for two (2) SUV Vehicles for the U.S. Embassy Montevideo. For a company to be considered, the company must be able to meet, satisfy, understand, and comply with all requirements in the Request for Quotations (RFQ), including the due date.

  Official service must be available at Montevideo, Uruguay.


• Delivery: immediate delivery will be valued, accepted delivery at Montevideo Uruguay up to 3 (three) months maximum.

You may submit your quotation to MontevideoProcurement@state.gov until 11:30 a.m. on August 22nd, 2025. Late offers will not be considered.

Your bid should comprise of:

• SF-18 Completed


• Detailed information and specifications of the proposed equipment as well as the recommended maintenance schedule .

All interested vendors must have an active registration on the SAM.gov portal.
