Operational, Trail, and Tracked Utility Terrain Vehicles (UTVs)

Forestry and Parks has the requirement for the supply and delivery of Operational, Trail, and Tracked Utility Terrain Vehicles (UTVs).

Award will be made, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this RFQ, on a line-item basis.

Proponents must submit their quotations electronically through Alberta Purchasing Connection (APC) no later than the Closing Time and Closing Date specified in this RFQ. Hard copy, email, fax, or late submissions will not be accepted. It is the sole responsibility of the Proponent to ensure that its submission is successfully uploaded and received through APC prior to the closing deadline. Proponents are strongly encouraged to allow sufficient time to complete the upload process and to verify that all required documents have been included. Any amendments, withdrawals, or replacements of submissions must also be completed through APC before the RFQ Closing Time. The Province assumes no responsibility for technical issues, internet connectivity problems, or other circumstances that may prevent a Proponent from submitting its quotation on time.

In addition to the completed quotation, Proponents must include the following documentation as part of their submission:

- Manufacturer's technical specifications, data sheets, product literature, or brochures demonstrating compliance with the mandatory specifications outlined in this RFQ.

- An Authorized Reseller Letter or Distributor Letter confirming the Proponent's authorization to supply the quoted goods.

-A warranty statement or manufacturer warranty document for the goods being offered.
A valid Certificate of Incorporation or equivalent proof of legal business registration.

-Evidence of General Liability Insurance and Automobile Liability Insurance meeting the insurance requirements specified in this RFQ.

Failure to provide the required documentation may result in the quotation being deemed non-compliant and receiving no further consideration.
