The State University of New York at Delhi (SUNY Delhi) is seeking
quotations for a web-based electronic health records software solution that
provides support for its Health Services operations. A Software as a Service
(SaaS) solution is sought, which shall provide a full turnkey implementation,
including licensing, set-up, installation, testing, training, and maintenance
support. Concurrent user licensing, 99.99% service level guarantee with
redundancy is also desired. User-friendliness and the ease-of-use in training staff
on the software is paramount. The solution shall offer and deliver services in accordance with HIPAA Privacy Rules.
