Amendment 0003 CANCELLATION OF SOLICITATION: This amendment is to notify interested parties that Solicitation 89503124RWA000060 has been cancelled in its entirety. The Government did not receive proposals that fully complied with the terms and conditions outlined in the solicitation and in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation. After careful review, it has been determined that cancelling this solicitation is in the best interest of the Government.
