Description:

The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC) is soliciting bids for the purchase and delivery of non-ethanol fuel. The Green Island Maintenance Center operates and maintains three Lake George Island Campground Groups (Glen, Narrow and Long) which consists of approximately 384 camping sites/day use areas located on several islands in a 20-mile span of the 32-mile lake. Green Island is tasked with maintaining the navigation aids on all the 32 miles of Lake George and all the 9 miles of Schroon Lake. We need to purchase non-ethanol fuel, the manufacturer’s recommended marine fuel, for our boats to be able to maintain the campgrounds and install/remove navigation aids/docks.

Contract Term: 4/1/2025-3/31/2026, with four (4) optional one-year extensions.
