RFP 20251916 ROOFING AND GUTTER SERVICES

Project Description: The purpose of this solicitation is to establish an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the provision of roofing and gutter services for various facilities owned or operated by the Transit Authority of River City. The selected Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supervision necessary to perform roofing and gutter work on an as-needed basis throughout the contract term.
The scope of work includes, but is not limited to:
Inspection, repair, replacement, and maintenance of existing roofing systems, including flat, pitched, metal, and membrane roofs.
Installation of new roofing systems as required.
Removal and proper disposal of damaged or worn roofing materials.
Installation, repair, and maintenance of gutters, downspouts, flashing, fascia, and associated components.
Emergency response services to address leaks, storm damage, and other urgent roofing issues.
Ensuring all work complies with applicable building codes, safety regulations, and manufacturer specifications.
The intent of this IDIQ contract is to streamline the procurement of roofing and gutter services, enabling timely response to facility maintenance and capital improvement needs. Task Orders will be issued on an as-needed basis, and work may vary in size, complexity, and location.
