WP0320012 NORTH POINT PARKING LOT

Work of the Project includes reconstruction of the North Point Parking Lot. Work includes asphalt, pulverized stone base, concrete curb and gutter, colored concrete, dumpster enclosure, drainage and storm sewers, lighting, lakefront concrete path, overlooks, concrete seat wall, biofilters, and landscaping. Other work includes new sidewalk and site restoration. Stone Revetment Construction was completed January 7th, 2025, this project completes the reconstruction of the parking lot.  Bidding document distribution will be online in Bid Express internet Bidding System at https://www.bidexpress.com/businesses/24937/home

Pre-Bid Meeting: Friday March 20th, 2026 at 10AM. Meet outside at the North Point Parking Lot near the Concession Stand (Moosa’s).

Bids Due:No later than 2 P.M. April 8th, 2026.  Bids are to be completed online in Bid Express internet Bidding System at https://www.bidexpress.com/businesses/24937/home
