Solicitation Description:

The City of Waco has issued this solicitation for debris removal at Lake Brazos Dam, a minimum of once per year and maximum two (2) times per year at times to be determined by the City of Waco. Debris is defined as (mostly) logs, but the City wants anything that’s built up in front of the dam (upstream side) to be removed or relocated whether it’s plastic, tires, a boat, etc. Logs, silt and organic matter will be placed on the downstream side of the dam. Trash will have to be collected and contained. The City will provide a roll off at the City’s expense for the nonorganic (trash) items. This Contractor will be responsible for all labor, materials, and equipment required for removing debris upstream of Lake Brazos Dam and the placement of organic material on the downstream side of the dam and non-organic material in the roll off dumpster provided by the city.
