06927Y0455-Subscription for 41 Articulate 360 Software Licenses - 10 for DHS, 20 for HRA, and 11 for OCSS

This solicitation is being made pursuant to the M/WBE Noncompetitive Small Purchase Method, Section 3-08 of the New York City Procurement Policy (PBB) Rules, this procurement is exclusively for the City Certified Minority and Woman Owned Business (M/WBEs).

DSS/ITS seeks approval for the Subscription for 41 Articulate 360 Software Licenses- 31 licenses for HRA & 10 licenses for DHS. The period of service is from 10/1/2026-12/31/2027.

DSS is requesting to continue Subscription for 20 Articulate 360 Software Licenses for Office of Policy Procedures and Training (OPPT) and users for the CARES system. Articulate 360 is a simple account management service to create e-learning that lets us create courses and collaborate features to speed course development. It has 9+ million stock assets including photos, templates, and more to make the training interesting. It also includes online training led by industry experts and exclusive collaboration features, like shared templates in Storyline 360 and creating and editing courses at the same time in Rise 360. OCSS is requesting the continuation of Subscription for 11 Articulate 360 Software Licenses to fix glitches in Maintaining Records. Training Includes large stock content library with templates, photos, videos, learner characters large library of on-demand app training+ frequent live trainings. DHS is requesting continuation of Subscription for 10 Articulate 360 Software Licenses
