In the scope of any existing rock removed is to be disposed of by contractor. Re-level and grading to provide new smooth, even sub-base. Apply (about 7 to 8) 50lbs bags of CREW to area. This would need to be a two-phase application. Contractor would apply to sub-grade and then apply again after the installation is complete to the surface. To provide the best possible coverage for the new area. Replace all irrigation and tie into the existing drip system. Clean up the tree planters. Along with trimming 2-5 trees on the side of the building. Remove any weed barrier along with rock. Install (30) 5-gallon plants. Install (2) 24-inch box trees. Contractor may or may not require hydro jetting under the sidewalks to fix drip lines. Install of winding rock river for drainage. Install new combo of 60% rock for slopes 40% Dg flat area. Compact and relevel then rake new Dg.
