The Project or Work consists of the construction of a new maintenance building and renovation of three existing buildings in a four-phase approach. Phase 1 involves construction of an approximately 3,000 square foot single-story metal building. Phase 2 involves renovation of the existing oil storage building with a renovated area of approximately 4,500 square feet. Phase 3 involves renovation of the existing office and control room with a renovated area of approximately 3,300 square feet.
