Engineering design services for Princess Anne Road Water Main Project. The project will be multi-phase contract to include but may not be limited to: A Preliminary Engineering Report (PER) and Final Design for a new 30รข water transmission main starting at Newton Road and Kempsville R Road intersection to South Parliament Drive. The PER will evaluate three (3) potential pipeline corridors, evaluate and recommend pipeline materials and construction methods, prepare exhibits, draft PER, coordinate Virginia Health Department (VDH) review, finalize PER, and develop an opinion of probably construction cost (OPCC). The PER collect and review existing data, conduct preliminary field investigation, coordinate and conduct intermittentsurvey of up to eight (8) selected intersections, coordinate and conduct subsurface utility investigations (Level C) for each potential pipeline corridor, and identify easement and permit needs.
