Project Description: You are invited to provide a bid on a contract to provide bridge inspection access equipment and maintenance and protection of traffic services for the inspections of one (1) State-Owned Bridge in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Bids shall be on a unit price basis.
The Work is anticipated to begin in September 2026 and end in October 2026. Weekend work will be avoided when possible but may be required.
SAI Consulting Engineers, Inc. will receive Bids electronically via the PennBid Program (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com) until 11:00 a.m. prevailing time on July 29, 2026. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. The Bid documents are available at no cost via the PennBid Program. The completed, signed bid forms and required attachments must be uploaded to the PennBid site in pdf file format. The total bid prices for each contract must also be entered into PennBid.
