NSN 4320-005887665, KIT, OVERHAUL, CYLINDER BLOCK UNIT. The material being procured is part number 198304, currently manufactured by EATON AEROSPACE, LLC (62983). The required quantity is 775 each, to be shipped to the DLA DISTRIBUTION DEPOT HILL, 7537 WARDLEIGH RD, HILL AFB UT 84056-5734. The required delivery time is 273 days. FOB Origin (First Destination Transportation) and Inspection and Acceptance at Origin are required. This solicitation is not set aside for small business. This material is not commercial; therefore, the Government is using the policies contained in FAR Part 15 in its solicitation for this item. However, interested suppliers may identify to the Contracting Officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government’s requirement with the commercial item within 15 days of this notice. This solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsmdla.mil/rfp on or about July 28, 2025. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available.

Evaluation factors will be ranked in the following order of importance: price, past performance, delivery and small business participation. When combined, price equals past performance, delivery, and small business participation together. The Government intends to conduct negotiations in an effort to obtain the best value possible. All offers shall be in English and in US dollars.
