Construction Services for DOEE Maintenance Facility #2 and Andrus House Roof Replacements

The District of Columbia (the “District”) Department of General Services (“DGS” or the “Department”)is seeking a highly qualified contractor (the “Contractor”) to provide all labor, material, equipment, site supervision, inspection required for the DOEE Maintenance Facility #2 and Andrus House Roof Replacement Project (the “Project”) located at

• 427 New Jersey Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20001. (DOEE Maintenance Facility #2)
• 2635 18th Street NE, Washington, D 20018. (Andrus House)

A detailed narrative for the Scope of Work (the “SOW”) is described in Attachment A and Attachment R (Project Manual).

The Department intends to award a single Task Order (“TO” or “Task Order”), to a contractor with an underlying Basic Ordering Agreement, under IDIQ Contract No. DCAM-22-CS-RFQ-0016 (“IDIQ”) with the District.

The Department of General Services (DGS) is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to perform roof replacement work at two (2) government facilities:

• DOEE Maintenance Facility No. 2 – 427 New Jersey Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20001
• Andrus House – 2635 18th Street NE, Washington, District of Columbia 20018

Both roofs have exceeded their service life and require full system replacement to meet current performance and code requirements. The selected contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and services to complete the work in accordance with the project drawings and specifications (Project Manual – Divisions 01 and 07)
