Project Description: State of Utah Division of Purchasing is the Issuing and Conducting Procurement Unit
The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide: Hazardous Material Courier Services primarily in the Eastern part of the
State of Utah.
This RFP may result in multiple awards. The methodology that will be used to determine the number of awards is: The methodology or formula that will be used to determine the number of contract awards is: Offerors who pass the mandatory minimums and achieve 70% of the technical threshold and 70% of the
overall points (Technical + Cost) will be awarded..
Length of Contract: The contract resulting from this RFP will be for FIVE (5) years.
