Part I - WTP Improvements: Install 780 lf of new 18-inch gravity main. Modifications to the sedimentation sludge collection system including all pipework, trenching, connections into existing manholes. Install new package liquid lime bulk storage system.

Part II - Lagoon Rehabilitation: Remove and Dispose of settled sludge in lagoon. Remove and replace lagoon liner.
