Bid Description:
This project will consist of, but not be limited to, construction of Phase II for three (3) new precast concrete Earth
Covered Magazines (ECMs) at the existing Ammunition Supply Point, site improvements, labor and material as indicated on the drawings.

Site Visit:	Date: 7/15/2025 9:00:00 AM	Mandatory Site Visit
BIDDERS CONFERENCE: July 15th, 2025 – 9:00 AM (EST) There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting at the site on July 15th, 2025. Visitors must surrender a valid driver’s license, government ID, passport, or equivalent ID during their stay. Subcontractors are encouraged to attend. Visitors must notify the Project Manager no later than the day before the meeting so they can be added to the access list. Directions: Enter the front gate of Camp Johnson. Once through the checkpoint, proceed 200 yards to the parking lot on the right. Watch for prebid signs.
