2026 Gravel Crush Tender

Tenders are now being accepted for the crushing and stockpiling of approximately 50,000 cubic yards of 3/4" road gravel at the following pit location:

NE 20-2-26 W2 and a possible 2nd location - TBD

Crushing is to commence in the spring or summer of 2026. Please confirm anticipated timeline for completion. Proof of Liability insurance of no less than $2,000,000, certificate of insurance and a letter of good standing from WCB is required to accompany the tender.

Tenders shall include a price per yard for crushing & screening, mobilization fee, and any other itemized costs. The successful bidder shall supply all supervision, labour, materials, equipment, tools and anything necessary to complete the work indicated by this document.

Tenders must be submitted by 4:00 p.m. on May 6, 2026 by the following means:

Sealed with the words "2026 Gravel Crush" to the Rural Municipality of Hart Butte No.11, PO Box 210, Coronach SK S0H 0Z0 or E-mailed with the subject line stating "2026 Gravel Crush" to rm 11@sasktel.net.

Tenders will be opened at the Regular Meeting of Council on May 7, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. local time.
