Description

SCC is a federal Crown corporation with the mandate of promoting efficient and effective standardization in Canada. Located in Ottawa, SCC has a Governing Council comprised of up to 13 members and a staff of approximately 160. The organization reports to Parliament through the Minister of Innovation, Science and Economic Development and oversees Canada's standardization network.

This RFP is an invitation issued by SCC to prospective bidders to submit proposals for a software solution and professional services to design, configure, implement and support an Assessment Management Tool. The AMT must deliver the core functionalities and exclude out-of-scope items such as sales/business development, lead/opportunity/pipeline management and other non-accreditation functionalities. The Bidder is responsible for providing professional services to deliver the solution. Including project management, requirements gathering, design and configuration, data migration, training, and change management.
