SANITARY SEWER MAINLINE INSPECTION & CLEANING
Pursuant to city policy, proposals endorsed SS Mainline Inspection contract #1, RFP26185will be
received by City/County Purchasing of Winston-Salem, NC until 12:00 pm, April 21, 2026. Proposals
are being received electronically. The City reserves the right to waive any informalities in the bidding
and to reject any or all proposals.
For technical questions regarding this project, please submit questions in writing to Darren Redfield at
darrenmr@cityofws.org for response to all by addendum. End of Question Period is 5:00 pm, April 15,
2026.

This is an annual contract from date of award to June 30, 2027, with two renewable terms. The contract
award is typically made to the highest scoring proposal. Be sure to include all required forms, including
M/WBE forms.
