The City of Dubuque, Iowa is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified vendors to provide Ambulance Billing Services.
The vendor selected for Ambulance Billing Services will be expected to provide a full range of services generally associated with billing services of a local government ambulance program.

If you have any questions concerning this Request for Proposal, please submit your requests to the City of Dubuque's Fire Department as indicated in the RFP. Written requests for clarifications will be received until August 21st, 2026 at 3:00 pm, CST. Any inquiries received after this date will not be answered.
No answers given in response to questions submitted shall be binding upon this RFP unless released in writing (letter or email) as an officially numbered and titled addendum to the RFP by the City of Dubuque.
