UDOT-Cedar Landscape Contract
Solicitation # UDOT260196CN
This Invitation for Bids "IFB" is issued in accordance with State of Utah Procurement Code and the Utah Administrative Code. If any provision of this IFB conflicts with the Utah Procurement Code or the Utah Administrative Code, then Utah Procurement Code and then Utah Administrative Code will take precedence.
The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract with the lowest responsive and responsible bidder to provide Landscaping Services to the Cedar City UDOT facility.
This contract will result in one contract award to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
This contract may result in a 5 year contract.
Mandatory Site visit:
Date/Time: Thursday March 26th 2026 at 11:00 am.
Location: UDOT maintenance facility is located 1470 N. Airport Rd. Cedar City, UT 84721
The meeting will begin promptly at 11:00 pm and if you are late you may be asked to not participate in the site visit and not allowed to submit a bid.
Issuing Procurement Unit, Conducting Procurement Unit, and Solicitation Number
The UDOT Procurement Services Division is the issuing procurement unit and Region 4 is the conducting procurement unit for this IFB (referred to as “the State”). The reference number for this IFB is Solicitation #UDOT260196CN. This solicitation number must be referred to on all bids, correspondence, and documentation submitted to the State relating to this IFB.
The documents included within this solicitation are intended to provide interested bidders with sufficient information to enable the bidder to determine if they can provide as per the outlined requirements.
Bidders must provide sufficient documentation/information to demonstrate compliance with the stated specifications/requirements.
