Turf fertilizers and chemicals for Cape Canaveral National Cemetery
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) National Cemetery Administration (NCA) on behalf of the Cape Canaveral National Cemetery has issued a Notice of Intent to Sole Source. The VA intends to negotiate and award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract on a sole source basis to Green Wave Supply and Logistics, Inc., a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), to provide fertilizers and chemicals for turf maintenance at the cemetery.
The applicable statute the "Veterans First Contracting Program" outlined in 38 U.S.C. 8127(c) and VAAR 806.302-570(c).
