A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held for project ME00121 at 1:30 P.M. on Thursday,
May 14, 2026, at the North Carolina Turnpike Authority, Outer Banks Oasis Board Room located at
2501 Aerial Center Pkwy. Suite 200. Morrisville, NC 27560. We will discuss the scope of the project
and give bidders the opportunity to ask any questions. Attendance at the Pre-Bid Conference is required in
order for your bid to be considered.
Project documents, including Proposal, plans (if applicable), or any additional information related to the
project can be found on the Division 5 Project Letting website:

Any firm that wishes to bid as a prime contractor shall be prequalified as a Bidder or PO Prime Contractor
prior to submitting a bid. Information regarding prequalification can be found at:

In order to receive due consideration for ME00120 and ME00121, your paper quotation must be
physically received in the Division 5 Contract Engineer's office no later than 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday,
May 27, 2026
Likewise, in order to receive due consideration for DE00429, your electronic quotation must be submitted
in the online bidding portal no later than 2:00p.m on Wednesday, May 27, 2026.
