The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is soliciting the services of qualified firms/individuals to perform Programming & Design Services for the following project:
Project Description: The Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM), in partnership with the Utah Division of Natural Resources (DNR) and the Division of Parks, is seeking qualified firms for the programming and design of a new modern campground at Wasatch Mountain State Park in Midway, Utah. This project includes the development of new campsites, associated restrooms, leach fields if determined to be needed, and a new maintenance building. The project site is unique and must be programmed and designed to account for as many campsites as possible and for potential future phases of construction in order to meet the growing demand for these recreational services. It is the intent of the selection committee to make the final selection based off of the information within the submitted proposals, and those submitting should plan accordingly.
