SOLICITATION FM25-31 MAC X-RAY POWER SOURCE

Jefferson Patterson Park & Museum (JPPM) seeks to procure a new x-ray power source for the x-radiography unit, including initial installation, as outlined in the attached Project Specifications entitled “MAC X-RAY POWER SOURCE FM25-31” and Invitation for Bid form.

This project consists of furnishing all labor, overhead, equipment, materials, incidentals, and services necessary for and incidental to the installation of a new power source for the x-radiography unit at Jefferson Patterson Park & Museum (JPPM).

Contractors may utilize their standard bid form, but please include this filled in and signed IFB. In addition, the contractor will submit
-- Bid/Proposal Affidavit.
-- Conflict of Interest Affidavit and Disclosure.
-- Completed reference sheets.
-- Licenses or certifications.
-- Company’s certificates of insurance.

JPPM will regard any bids from contractors without the required paperwork, received after the due date, or received without the completed IFB as non-responsive. Bids must be received by email to Nichole Doub by the bid due date.

High voltage power supply:
• iVario 320 4.SkW, as per the specifications outlined in Appendix X.

Installation:
• Supply and install a new power source for an existing X-ray unit
• Ensure compliance with all applicable electrical codes and safety regulations.

Removal and Disposal:
• Remove the current power source from the X-ray unit.
• Ensure proper and environmentally compliant disposal of the old power source.

Testing and Certification:
• Conduct necessary testing to verify the proper functioning of the new power source.
• Provide certification of inspection by a state-licensed private inspector.
