Description

The Department of Public Works has a requirement for cybersecurity professional services to support the modernization of Public Services and Procurement Canada’s (PSPC) cybersecurity operations. The Contractor will provide, on an as‑and‑when‑requested basis, specialized IT security expertise to enhance and modernize cybersecurity processes, tools, and capabilities in response to emerging technologies such as cloud services and artificial intelligence. Required services include cybersecurity engineering, risk and vulnerability assessments, incident management, forensic analysis, technical documentation, and the development of standardized security requirements and artefacts. Contractor resources will work collaboratively with PSPC technical staff to strengthen departmental security operations while ensuring effective knowledge transfer.

This requirement is subject to the Indigenous procurement exceptions under applicable trade agreements (including the Canadian Free Trade Agreement and the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement). As such, the obligations of the trade agreements do not apply to this requirement.
