This is Solicitation_ 70FBR425Q00000080 is to Request for Quote (RFQ) for a Barricade System under this requirement.

Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) intends on issuing a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order

in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and Specification.

Bidding Requirement:

All interested vendors must conduct a site visit to inspect and have all questions answered. The site visit is scheduled for May 20, 2025____10:00am_____ED. Interested parties must RSVP by __May 16, 2025 _____ ED.

Contracting Method - Best Value: The Government intends to select for an award the one (1) responsible quote which conforms to the Bidding Requirements for the RFQ, SOW, and Specs . A price that is fair and reasonable, and provides the best value for the Government, Technically Acceptable quote meeting the specifications of the requirement. Quotes determined to be incomplete, unreasonable, or unrealistic will not be considered for an award.

Period of Performance (POP): Six (6) months from the Award Date.
