UDOT- Bike Lane striping and signage

This Invitation for Bids "IFB" is issued in accordance with State of Utah Procurement Code and the Utah Administrative Code. If any provision of this IFB conflicts with the Utah Procurement Code or the Utah Administrative Code, then Utah Procurement Code and then Utah Administrative Code will take precedence.
The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract with the lowest responsive and responsible bidder to provide construction services which includes removal of existing turn lane curbing, repaving if necessary the roadway section underneath the curbing, removal and replacement of a plowable end section, removal of existing sign posts, sign bases, and signs, installation or relocation of new sign bases, sign posts and signs, removing and reinstalling striping and sharrows and installation of new green bike lane striping. The turning radius from WB SR-190 to SB SR-210 will also need to be striped.
This projects will need to be completed before May 21st 2026.

The meeting will begin promptly at 11:00 pm and if you are late you may be asked to not participate in the visit and not allowed to submit a bid.
This contract may result in a Purchase Order for the projects detailed in scope.
Issuing Procurement Unit, Conducting Procurement Unit, and Solicitation Number
The UDOT Procurement Services Division is the issuing procurement unit and Region 2 is the conducting procurement unit for this IFB (referred to as “the State”). The reference number for this IFB is Solicitation #UDOT260199CN. This solicitation number must be referred to on all bids, correspondence, and documentation submitted to the State relating to this IFB.
The documents included within this solicitation are intended to provide interested bidders with sufficient information to enable the bidder to determine if they can provide as per the outlined requirements.
Bidders must provide sufficient documentation/information to demonstrate compliance with the stated specifications/requirements.
