OSFM plays a vital role in protecting the lives and property of North Carolina citizens through the training and certification of fire and rescue personnel, fire investigation services, structural fire protection emergency response coordination, oversight and administration of the state’s building code, comprehensive risk-reduction programs, and securing property insurance for state-owned buildings. OSFM needs to update the current strategic plan to effectively and efficiently carry out its powers and duties as required under S.L. 2023-134. |

Description
The purpose of this RFP is to secure the services of a trained facilitator to provide strategic planning services for the North Carolina Department of Insurance, Office of State Fire Marshal (OSFM).
