Description:

The North Garnett Road Improvements project (E. 106th St. N. to E. 116th St. N.) includes reconstruction of the roadway into a 5-lane concrete street, installation of new storm sewers, sidewalks, trails, and fiber-optic conduit, along with utility upgrades. Key components include replacing sewer and water lines, removing a lift station, and constructing a double cell box bridge. Additional work designed by the City of Owasso includes replacing an asbestos-cement water line, improving fire protection infrastructure, and constructing an access road with irrigation and fiber routing enhancements.

This project is bid in accordance with the Oklahoma Competitive Bidding Act.
