Overview

Summary

The main objective of this specification is to maintain Wynkoop Plaza and its surrounding areas as aesthetically pleasing as possible for patrons visiting Wynkoop Plaza and the historic Denver Union Station. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing custodial services, graffiti removal, fountain operation and maintenance, landscape maintenance, and snow removal.
