REQUEST FOR QUOTES AND SCOPE OF WORK STATEMENT
FOR ASBESTOS ABATEMENT AT 15 MAPLE AVENUE, SHREWSBURY, MA
The Town of Shrewsbury is seeking written quotes from qualified contractors for asbestos abatement at 15 Maple Avenue in Shrewsbury, MA 01545. Contractors must submit quotes in conformance with the Scope of Work Statement which shall be available online at www.shrewsburyma.gov/bids and also in the Town Manager’s Office located at 100 Maple Avenue.
Work must be completed by September 30, 2026.
An optional pre-quote site visit will be held at the site on August 26, 2026 at 10:00 AM.
Written quotes will be received in the Office of the Town Manager, 100 Maple Avenue in Shrewsbury, MA 01545, or via email to For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address. until 10:00 AM on September 4, 2026.
The Town reserves the right to waive any minor informalities in the quotes and to reject any and all quotes if it shall be deemed in the best interests of the Town to do so.
