Description

The Work consists of an 18,237sf addition: (7) Classrooms and (2) Science Labs along with an associated workroom, offices, and restrooms. The new addition is load bearing cmu construction (with sprayed fire protection) and sprinklered with a brick veneer exterior. The roof system is a Thermoplastic Polyolefin roof membrane on tapered insulation on metal roof deck. Upgraded plumbing, electrical, HVAC equipment, and low voltage systems (fire alarm, intercom, surveillance, and intrusion detection systems) are included in the scope.
