Project Description: Stage II Invitation to Bid
Only contractors who have been prequalified under a Stage I Prequalification for Contractors and are currently on the respective DFCM Prequalified Contractors list as of the date of this solicitation are eligible to bid on this project.
The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the referenced project:
Project Description: Project involves constructing an asphalt parking lot where a gravel lot currently exists. Substructure will be removed and replaced with structurally sound material. Curb & gutter will be installed. Relocation of an automatic gate will occur and removal and replacement of an existing chain link fence is also part of the project.
Construction Cost Estimate: $246,867.00
