The City of Greenwood, herein after referred to as “the City”, is seeking sealed, written bids from qualified contractors to perform building repairs or demolition and reconstruction of an open-air pavilion located at Grace Street Dog Park at 112 Merrywood Drive, Greenwood. The pavilion sustained structural damage when a tree fell on the western side of the structure during Hurricane Helene.
