A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will take place at JV Washam Elementary School at 9 AM on August 20, 2026.
All questions should be directed to Yolanda Fergerson yolandas.fergerson@cms.k12.nc.us and received by email only until 10AM on Tuesday August 26, 2026.
Bids will be due by mail, or hand delivered only to 3301 Stafford Drive, Charlotte, NC 28208 NLT 10:00 AM March 25, 2026, Attn: Yolanda Fergerson, at which time they will be publicly opened. 5% Bid Bond is required with all bid submissions over $500K and above. 100% Payment and Performance Bonds will be required for successful bidder before contract execution.
