U.S. Government seeks to lease the following space:
State: Puerto Rico
City: Ponce
Delineated Area:
North: Starting at the intersection of Highway 14 and PR-149 near Coto Laurel, the boundary moves west along PR-14 through Las Monjitas and Valle Alto, reaching the area of Las Delicias near PR-123 and PR-10
West: From Las Delicias, the boundary follows PR-123 south through Jardines del Caribe, continuing along PR-163, passing Villa Grillasca and reaching the intersection with PR-2R near Ponce mall. It then follows PR-52 south toward the La Boya sector and ends near the coast at Balneario El Tuque.
South: Following the southern coastline west of Ponce, the boundary curves east through La Playa sector and along PR-123, then transitions inland through PR-585 and PR-52 passing Villa del Carmen, Los Caobos, and Tiendita Holsum near PR-1.
East: The boundary continues from PR-1 through PR-5506 and PR-5510 toward Carús and Piedra Aguzá. It follows PR-510 northward, reaches Comunidad Cristina in Juana Díaz, and turns west along PR-14 back to Coto Laurel.

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).
Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
