| Solicitation Document Description: |
.1 The City of Toronto Parks & Recreation (P&R) is seeking proposals from irrigation design, supply, and installation companies (“Proponents”), or multi-disciplinary teams led by irrigation design and installation companies, for the design, supply, installation, and post-construction warranty management of a new irrigation system at Tam O’Shanter Golf Course.
.2 The base scope of work includes, but is not limited to, working with the existing irrigation pumping system and alternate water supply to develop an irrigation system capable of meeting the golf course irrigation requirements to maintain healthy turf and move various products into the root zone. The system must provide uniform coverage, equal precipitation rates for each of the identified irrigation areas, and be capable of completing a full course irrigation cycle during the shortest irrigation window available. |

| Pre-Bid Meeting: | Suppliers are required to attend a mandatory meeting to familiarize themselves with the required Deliverables. The mandatory meeting will take place at 10:30am local time on February 4, 2026 at Tam O’Shanter Golf Course 2481 Birchmount Rd, Scarborough, ON M1T 2M6 (Clubhouse Entrance). |
