The contractor shall perform complete, professional lien and title searches on property identified and requested by the Boone County Collector’s Office subject to sale at the 2026 Tax Certificate Sale of Real Estate, and report said results to the Bone County Collector pursuant to requirements and terms stated herein. All services shall be performed on an as-needed, if-needed basis as determined by the Boone County Collector’s Office.
