Synopsis
|
This project provides for the improvement of King County owned facility D91563 by retrofitting the current detention pond facility to improve the pond’s flow control function through an increase in the detention volume, improve the pond’s water quality treatment function and provide the associated downstream benefits. Work includes clearing and grubbing, excavation, grading, tree removal, removing and replacing stormwater structures, installing stormwater pipes, connecting to existing structures, restoring sidewalks and roadway pavement, erosion control, landscape planting, temporary traffic control and other work, all in accordance with the attached Plans, these Special Provisions, the Standard Specifications, the KCRDCS, and the WSDOT Standard Plans for Road, Bridge, and Municipal Construction.
